The Brief
Webosaurus was tasked with generating a set quota of qualified leads for FutureLearn's B2B affiliate program.
Challenge
The main challenge was to create a custom landing page, along with supporting email creatives and social media advertisements, to attract and convert high-value B2B affiliate partners. These partners needed to align with FutureLearn's global brand and possess expertise in specific marketing channels and regions.
A key difficulty was ensuring the legitimacy and potential of each applicant. The campaign required a robust validation process to filter out fraudulent or unsuitable applications, going beyond traditional anti-fraud measures to ensure only high-quality partners were onboarded.
Martech Solution
A custom integration was developed to connect our platforms with a data validation provider, ensuring real-time verification of applicant data.
We implemented a multi-step validation process within the campaign. This system checked the validity of the business and its marketing credentials upon submission, providing a streamlined application process for legitimate partners. The system was designed to handle complex criteria, ensuring that only eligible and high-potential affiliates were approved.
Analysis
Custom dashboards were created to provide real-time analytics on the affiliate recruitment funnel. This allowed for detailed tracking of data and the manual mapping of partner onboarding and long-term performance, providing valuable insights for campaign optimization.
